The main objective of the project is to strengthen the position and improve competences of 18 adult activists from Italy,
Poland and Spain in working with migrants by inspiring them with international examples and working methods that they will
implement in their local environments. In order to achieve that effectively, we want to focus on the exchange of experiences
between activists but also between them and members of local communities, including NGOs working for migrants.

We are planning 3 Transnational Project Meetings and 3 Learning Teaching Training in Cagliari, Wrocław and
Valencia. Each ngo will host 6 activists working with migrants.During the classes, participants will engage in activities around
the topics:reception and integration of refugees and migrants, inclusion, equality and non-discrimination,civic and social
participation, improving competences in working with migrants. In order to disseminate the results, are planned: local
activities in each city.

The result of the project will be an increase in the knowledge and experience of the participants and NGOs in the field of
international examples of methods of working with migrants. The methods will be tested, implemented and applied in local
communities and will result in new projects for migrants and their social environment.
Other results:practicing a foreign language, meeting new colleagues and foreign NGOs that may be future partners for
international partnership, getting to know Erasmus +
